With Paraguay’s inclusion and the new WRC Rally Saudi Arabia set to round off the 2025 season, Ben Sulayem is confident that the championship will continue to expand. He noted that rallying is more than a sport in Paraguay; it is a part of the country’s national identity. The WRC has seen a surge in popularity, with a cumulative television audience of 1.3 billion and over four million on-site visitors in 2024.
